How Margaret Lost 21 lbs in 30 days
Yesterday was my final day on your 1-month Foolproof 30-Day Plan For
Maximum Weight Loss. I lost 21 pounds. Needless to say,
I couldn't be more pleased.
It was challenging, but in another sense, so easy. I am the type of
person who finds it easier to follow a written-down regimen like this
than being given options, choices, points or calories to count. Tell me
what to do and I'll do it; give me too many food choices and I'm more
liable to slip up, then feel bad or frustrated about it, and go off the
