How Melanie Lost 18 lbs And Dropped 2 Sizes In 4 Weeks
"I started the diet last month and I lost 18 lbs and dropped
2 sizes to a size 14 by the end of the four weeks.
Before I started the diet I was 184 lbs and in a size 16, so you could
imagine how carrying all that weight could make you feel tired
